SHIPPING & PACKAGING

Shipping - New Zealand

 

We have several rates for shipping depending on weight and destination, beginning at $4.  Items are shipped on the next available business day by CourierPost.  Your item will be tracked and you will be sent your tracking number.  It is standard for Love & Luna to require a signature for your package. Please note: we are a small business and do our best to package and get your items sent ASAP, however, on occasion this may take a few extra days due to demand. If you require your items urgently please email love@loveandluna.co.nz prior to purchase. 

 

Shipping - International

 

Items are shipped within 3 business days.   We have a flat rate of $35 and it can take up to 21 business days to arrive, items are tracked but do not require a signature.  Love & Luna are not responsible for any charges your country may impose due to imports. If you have any questions please email love@loveandluna.co.nz

 

It says it is delivered but it isn't here?

 

If the item can be tracked to have arrived at its final destination with a signature, Love & Luna take no responsibility.  In the case that your item does not arrive, we will, however, lodge a missing item query with our courier company. We encourage you to do the same. In the unfortunate event that your package has gone missing en route, we are more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. Replacements are only available for New Zealand orders, refunds will apply to all international orders and will exclude shipping costs.

 

Packaging

 

Your items are packaged discreetly, for orders within New Zealand they are packaged in compostable packaging.  Everything within your order is either reusable, recyclable or compostable.
